Exception Handler: Track the history of errors in user sessions

This class can track the history of errors in user sessions.

It sets PHP error and exception handlers so it catches any errors that occur during the accesses of the current user.

The information about the errors and exceptions is saved both to session variables and on server backup files.

The error messages can also be appended to log files.
